All returned products must be accompanied by the receipt, which is valid for 15 days. The product must still be properly labeled.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for products on sale, promotional or discounted items unless the items are defective.

The return is subject to the availability of the product.

The returned product can be exchanged for another product of the same invoice amount as the original product.

If it is not the same amount, the customer must agree to pay the difference or accept that no cash refund will be given for products of lower value.

No returns are accepted for intimate garments. As a company policy, no cash refunds are given, only store credit.

Returns can only be made in-store and not through delivery services.

To carry out this process, the customer who made the purchase must physically present themselves at the corresponding store with the necessary documentation to validate the online purchase.

No exchanges are made for items that do not follow care instructions, only for items with factory defects. Cole Haan El Salvador offers a 30-day warranty ONLY for factory defects.
